In 1977, after leaving a successful career as Managing Partner of Heapy Engineering, Sam Moorman, with his wife Norma, started Van Con as a residential Design/Build general contractor. Over the last twenty-seven years, Van Con, now led by two of the five Moorman children, has evolved into one of the Miami Valley’s most respected custom home builders. The growth and success of the custom home division was the foundation for the commercial, industrial, institutional, and property management divisions.
