CLEAR MEDICAL
West Carrollton, Ohio - Van Con built this two-bay tenant fit-up for a medical equipment recycling and sterilization company. The tenant had a high water heating cost for sterilizing medical equipment, so Van Con worked closely with the HVAC designer to design and build a custom HVAC system that reused the hot air generated during sterilization to supplement the heating system. The tenant space included ninety percent office / laboratory and ten percent receiving and shipping.
