STARBUCKS
Centerville, Ohio - Working with both the developer, Ashford Development, and Starbucks corporate, Van Con converted a 2630 SF bank building into the newest and largest Starbucks in the Dayton area seating 42 people in the main building with an additional 6 tables outside. The Centerville Starbucks also has a drive-thru and is open 24-hours.

Huber Heights & Eaton, Ohio - Fifth Third Bank is recognized as the leading regional bank in the nation. With an aggressive 80-day construction schedule and stringent quality standards, Fifth Third Bank can only afford to hire the best general contractors available. Van Con is pleased to have been selected to build both the new Huber Heights Banking Center and the new Eaton Banking Center.

ALEX BELL PLAZA
Moraine, Ohio - One of several project for south Dayton based Ashford Development, this 16,000 SF shopping center was built with structural steel, masonry, and EIFS with a EPDM roof system. The center was designed for one large restaurant, anchor tenant and 3 retail tenants.

STAFFORD JEWELERS
Miami Township, Ohio - One of Dayton’s most recognizable names in Fine Diamonds has a new home. Early on, Van Con worked with Stafford's to find a suitable site near their existing location. When the only site available had serious challenges, Van Con designed a unique diamond shaped building to work with the site.

FOUR SEASONS CAR WASH
Moraine, Ohio - Located in just off State Route 741 on Cobblegate Drive, The Four seasons car wash is a 4,374 SF wood framed and masonry building that has five self serve bays, two touchless automatic bays, and a convenient vending area.

YORK COMMONS RETAIL CENTER
Vandalia, Ohio - Located in one of the fastest growing retail/restaurant areas in Dayton, York Commons Retail Center is a 6,000 SF multi-tenant retail building featuring a dining patio. The building is located on Miller Lane between Hooter and Tim Hortons and was built for Singer Properties by Van Con in the summer of 2004.

STARBUCKS FOREST PARK
Forest Park, Ohio - Located just south of I-275 near the Cincinnati Mills Mall in Forest Park, Ohio this 2,000 SF shell building was built for a developer to Starbucks requirements. Van Con provided turn-key design and construction services for the developer. The project was completed in January 2007.

FAR HILLS SQUARE
Washington Township, Ohio - Located on Far Hills in Washington Township, Ohio this shopping center project involved demolition of an existing structure and restoration of a 1,452 square foot building. Van Con then built a 7,904 square foot addition to the renovated structure. The exterior of the center exactly matches the adjacent Geez restaurant renovated by Van Con in 2005.

CARIBOU COFFEE BUILDING
Washington Township, Ohio - Located in Washington Township, Ohio Van Con built the Caribou Coffee shell building for the shopping center developer on one of the centers outlots. The building is approximately 2,000 SF and has an outdoor patio and drive-thru. The project was completed in December 2006.
