COLDWATER CAFE
Tipp City , Ohio - Van Con renovated a former banking center located in historic downtown Tipp City into the new Coldwater Cafe.  The new cafe has ninety five seats and is accented by a concrete bar, stone fire place, and wine cellar.

GOLLING'S ARENA DODGE
Trotwood, Ohio - Van Con remodeled the exterior façade and built a new 23’ tall enclosed entry. The remodel included replacement of all exterior fascia and replacement of old storefront and windows with new red aluminum store front and 1” clear insulated glass. The showroom was kept open during the entire remodel.

Vandalia Buter Auditorium

VANDALIA BUTLER AUDITORIUM
Vandalia, Ohio - The renovation of this high school auditorium included adding an orchestra pit and a catwalk above the stage. In addition, Van Con stripped and resealed the auditorium floor, added new acoustic panels and coordinated the installation of an entire new seating system.

ELECTRA FORM
Vandalia, Ohio - Van Con raised the roof of a 2,520 SF interior section to their existing manufacturing area to accommodate a new injection molding machine and a new bridge crane to service the machine. This renovation was performed in a matter of weeks with no disruption to the clients molding operation.

CARR SUPPLY, INC
Dayton, Ohio - Van Con renovated an abandoned 33,033 SF building for Columbus-based Carr Supply into a new 8,187 SF sales center and showroom and 24,846 SF warehouse. In addition, Van Con added a covered loading dock and brought the entire building up to current building codes.
