A.F. LEIS CO
Vandalia, Ohio - This 60,000 SF state of the art tooling facility received awards from both the Associated Builders and Contractors and V.P. Building and was highlighted in VP building’s International Product Literature in 2003. The building’s combination of a membrane roofing system with a pre-engineered steel support structure is just one reason this building is recognized in the construction industry for its cutting-edge construction technology.

ADENA TOOL
Vandalia, Ohio - This 56,000 SF tooling facility features a two-story atrium with natural lighting and a mezzanine overlooking the manufacturing area. The heating and air conditioning units were air-lifted and set on the roof by helicopter because the building was too large to accommodate a conventional crane. CAMBRIDGE ISOTOPE LABORATORY
Xenia, Ohio -
This project presented some unique challenges. In addition to a main building and a steam plant, Van Con collaborated with design and building professionals across the country to construct a 134-foot tall tower used to distill isotopes for use in the medical field. |
PDI
Englewood, Ohio -
This 12,000 SF facility was built from pre-engineered steel with split face block exterior and a radius storefront entry. The facility is used for the design and production of prosthetics and has a spacious office area, controlled production areas, and large warehouse with trucking docks.

MCMAHAN’S BOTTLE GAS
Riverside, Ohio -
This project included a new fill station, reconstruction of an existing storage building, expansion of a showroom from 800 to 3,100 square feet, and a complete facelift on the exterior of the facility. The facility’s 180,000 gallon propane capacity, required special explosion proof construction elements. |
CLARK COUNTY EQUINE CENTER
Springfield, Ohio - This complex includes a 133,000 SF Expo Center and a 54,000 SF Covered Area. The facility was designed and built with pre-engineered steel on a very aggressive schedule during one of the coldest winters on record. |
