OLLIE DAVIS MEDICAL BUILDING
Beavercreek, Ohio - Designed by Levin Porter Associates Inc. and built by Van Con, this 20,000 SF medical facility was built for a private investor.  The building includes tenant fit-ups for Greene Memorial Hospital and Wright State University.

DAYTON LUNG & SLEEP MEDICINE
Clayton, Ohio - The Dayton Lung & Sleep building was a design/build collaboration with Alan Scherr Associates.  The 10,336 SF building design includes three private offices, four sleep labs, exam rooms, X-Ray room, CT scan room, nurses station, record storage, and 4,318 SF of lower level lease space.

MIDWEST VEIN CENTER
Washington Township, Ohio - Designed by K&A Architecture and built by Van Con, the Midwest Vein Center is a laser treatment center.  The building includes procedure rooms, private offices, and lease space and was constructed in less than four months to meet the owner's schedule.

Fairborn, Ohio - Van Con designed and built this 17,245 SF office building for Peerless Technologies who provides logistics, C4ISR, research & development, and financial management services to the Department of Defense and private companies.

DR. LOPEZ-BLAZA MEDICAL BUILDING
Butler Township , Ohio - Van Con designed and built this 3,824 SF medical building for Dr. Glenda Lopez-Blaza and Dr. Jon Blaza.  The building has four exam rooms, MRI room, private offices, laboratory, file storage, conference room and a private garage.

Xenia, Ohio - Van Con designed and built this 5,983 SF dental office for Dr. Jody Ames.  The design includes seven operatory rooms, laboratory, sterilization rooms, private offices, custom built workstations, basement storage room and 1,700 SF of lease space.

Erie Construction

ERIE CONSTRUCTION
Butler Township, Ohio - Van Con designed and built this 10,500 SF facility which includes a new showroom, regional office, and warehouse, for one of the nation’s largest replacement window companies. Erie was a long-term tenant (18 years) of our Property Management Division before asking us to build a building of their own. A standing seam metal roof combined with stone and EFIS exterior give Erie’s building a modern and distinctive look.

Bellbrook, Ohio - When one of Dayton’s most successful Chiropractors outgrew his existing office space, he hired Van Con to design and build this new medical office building near Bellbrook. This wood frame building has 3,929 SF with partial basement and crawl space. It has 7 exam rooms, massage room, and a therapy room.

THEIN FINANCIAL SERVICES
Butler Township, Ohio - This 10,700 SF professional office building is part of a multi-building office park developed by Van Con. The building was built specifically for a long-time tenant, Thein Financial Services, which occupies half of the building. The remaining half of the building can be customized to suit the needs of prospective tenants

NORTH DIXIE TOWERS
Butler Township, Ohio - Designed and built for a group of investors at a prime location near the I-70 and I-75 Interchange and the restaurants and shops of Miller Lane, North Dixie Towers is a multi-building office park providing tenants with multiple use office/warehouse space and plenty of parking.

SMITH DENLINGER BUILDING
Butler Township, Ohio - Designed and built for a group of investors, this 10,000 SF building houses multiple tenants, including an accounting firm, an insurance agent, and a local banking institution. In addition to the original building, Van Con also performed the tenant fit-ups in this building.
