Van Con, General Contractor

Sam Moorman established Van Con, Inc. in 1977. Prior to this entrepreneurial venture, Sam was managing partner of Heapy Engineering, where he was responsible for not only the business activities of the $15 million firm, but their Electrical Design Division, as well. He was with Heapy Engineering for almost 20 years before starting Van Con, where his goal was to provide quality, turnkey, design/build construction services by maintaining a professional organization dedicated to earning the respect of those served.

Two of Sam’s children are employed at Van Con today. With the rest of the Van Con staff, they continue to achieve his original goal by involving each client as a contributing member of the building team in order to address each client’s unique needs.
