• Early understanding of Cost & Design. During Phase I of our Design/Build process, we provide a preliminary site plan, floor plan, building elevations, preliminary specifications, and construction estimate so our clients know, early in the process, what the building will look like and what it will cost.
• Accurate Estimates. By assessing costs for each element of the project during the design phase, we avoid cost overruns. We ask for design ideas and pricing from our experienced subcontractors such as, site excavators, electrical & HVAC contractors, concrete suppliers, finish carpenters, and landscapers to create our estimates.
• Proven Design Process. During Phase II of our program, we complete the project drawings needed for building permits, present the final project specifications that detail the interior and exterior finishes, furnish a construction schedule, and provide a firm, lump-sum construction estimate. The church must approve these documents before we put the first shovel in the ground.
• No surprises. You are informed throughout Phase I and Phase II of our process, including presentations to your building committee and/or your congregation.
