Project: Approximately 26,000 square foot three-level addition to the church’s existing building. Process: Van Con General Contracting, Delta Design Group Accomplishments: Delta Design’s Plan added multilevel space. The basement level has Christian Education rooms, administrative offices, a library, gathering space, and restrooms. The first floor includes a gymnasium/multipurpose room, commercial kitchen, nursery, and gathering space that connects to the existing working space. The second floor has additional classrooms space. Van Con’s approach accommodated continuous use of the church during the addition. |
