Project: 28,000 square foot addition to existing building, including new worship assembly space & classrooms.

Process: Van Con General Contracting, DH Architects

Accomplishments: DH Architect’s design added multilevel space, with lower level for classrooms and restrooms, upper level for multipurpose space with stage. Van Con’s approach accommodated continuous use of the church during construction. Van Con submitted the lowest construction bid, then worked with the architect and the church building committee, using Van Con’s Value-Engineering, to modify the plan to further lower construction costs and meet the church’s budget.
